How do I go from gophone pick your plan to post pay?

I've searched the threads and was unable to find out how to go from my GoPhone PickYouPlan iPhone to postpaid while KEEPING the same phone number. I had previously read a thread discussing this that linked to the AT&T forum an am unable to find it.

I understand this has to be done at a corporate AT&T store I just want the links or references to forums in case they say I can't keep my number or credit I currently have on my GoPhone.

Just go to a Corp store and
Ask them to port your number to the new postpaid plan...
