So tomorrow my phone will be delivered. In the past I have gone to the store and an employee sets up the phone for me. So this time I will do it myself.

Anything I really need to know? Will it come with a new sim card? Do I just transfer the old one?

Also I want to hand down my current iPhone 5 to my daughter (Same account) Is this something I can do from home without going to the store?

Appreciate the help!

No idea if you can do this yourself. I always just stop by the ATT store - takes just a few minutes.

I think you'll have to go in and get a new sim card for the 5.

I do the same thing each year. I take one of my daughters upgrades and hand down my phone to them (cross upgrade they used to call it). You just need to stop by an AT&T store to pick up a new SIM card for your old phone. And they will add an iPhone data plan to your daughter if she doesn't already have one.
