I'm willing to pay $20 and "upgrade" my jailbroken 1.1.2 to the official 1.1.3 with apps. How do I install the update? Do I just do it in itunes the normal way, or DO i have to Downgrade first? Just dont want to break my ipod

They're jiggly, not shaky

What you should do is first restore the ipod, nothing fancy just plug your iPod into your computer and press the restore button in iTunes and you should be done. First download the update though, and don't install it, then do the restore.

Why would he pay 20 bucks for something he can get for free?

I'll answer the question since no one else has.

open iTunes
-plug the iPod into the computer
-hold both sleep/wake and home button until iPod restarts.
-let go of of the sleep/wake button when you see Apple logo.
-continue to hold home button until iTunes pops up with recovery mode
-click yes, and your iPod will be restored to its factory settings.
