How do I install theme P/Shop Brushes?

Most of the brushes I download are in a Photoshop readable file, that I just drag into a specific folder to 'install' in Photoshop - however, with about 30 brush packs I got from Deviant, I get a window like this, and nothing Photoshop-readable?
