I used to have a different apple ID on an older model of iPhone.
When I got a new ID the books I had before didn't transfer.
I don't exactly remember what happened but I think despite creating a new apple ID for my iPhone, I think I somehow logged into my older apple ID just for iBooks. I have book sections on my current iBooks that must have migrated from my older ID, but doesn't contain any of the books that I used to have.
This was a bummer because I had lots of books with lots of highlights in my older iPhone.
On my MBP, when I log in to my older apple ID, it shows all the books that I downloaded from iBooks store but not the books that I inserted by way of iTunes, with the exception of one single book.
What could account for the this one single book still being preserved despite not being downloaded from iBooks store?
Could I shift between different iBooks account by logging out and logging into different accounts?
