So, I have this current setup. I have an Airport Extreme with an Express has an extender. When I go to each of the routers under edit, I can see what is "connected". Is there a way to connect to one over the other? If so, how can that be done? Thanks!

Go to your Wi-Fi settings and select the router you prefer.

Thanks for the reply, here is the dilemma. Only one shows up, Sandys Network(Airport Extreme).

That screen just allows you to use the Airport for DHCP.

The Network Mode under the Wireless tab should be set to Extend a Wireless Network. Can you confirm?

Can you also confirm which generation of Airport Express you are using?

How do I find the generation of the Express?

1st Gen

EDIT: Does it matter if they are both different names?

Is anything connect to the WAN/LAN Port of the Express?

1st. Generation, nothing connected to the WAN/LAN
