i have two displays, one being a large HDTV that i use for running video, and a smaller primary display that i use for everything else.
i am getting pissed off because everytime i open up a new program or window, they insist on opening on the hdtv display. once i drag the program over the other display, new windows in that program will stay there - until i quit the program and repeat the process.
i have the menu bar on my primary display, so i don't understand the affinity for the hdtv. also, when i open up the displays preferences, 2 windows open (1 for each display), but the red/yellow/green buttons are only on the window for hdtv.... which implies to me that the mac thinks the hdtv is the primary display.... argh
