How do I make an RSS feed?

Hi there. I woud like to make an RSS feed for my site, but I have no idea where to start. I searched here and could not find a thread.

I did find an app called Free for All but even that seems esoteric to me. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

what is your web server situation? php? asp? etc?

do a search on sourceforge.net. i don't have time for one right now, but i'll check later.

I am actually serving my site on .mac for the moment. I am very new to web stuff, so I don't know what the .mac servers are.

I think your answer will depend on one other thing. Do you want a "blog" style interface added to your webpage and a RSS feed of your blog, or just want to syndicate news directly though your RSS feed.
