The only way stock is to use folders and multiple homescreens.

For me as well, I tend to use one folder in the dock that holds all of the various phone related apps (Phone, Mail, Message, Settings, browser, etc).

Yeah, I use a lot of folders and only keep my most-used apps on the main home screen. The others get put into folders or moved to subsequent screens. Makes it quite a bit tidier. 🙂
