How do I make try on reservations?

Yeah, the site seems to be pretty swamped at the moment. Got a reservation for myself (to try on the watch I've preordered and see if any of the other bands are worth buying a la carte), but my wife is having serious trouble logging in to get a reservation for herself.
Yeah. US is working now, but UK doesn't seem to work. Errors out.

check your email. I got that error and tried it like 10 times.....I have 3 confirmation emails =/
I never got confirmation in the app but I got an email. So I will be at the regents st store and hope for the best!
I have an email confirmation, my timeslot appears to be no longer available for my store, but it’s not appearing in my list of reservations. Do I trust it?
I selected a time but then I get a server error but then I go back and try again and the appt I selected before is now gone.
Not working for me. Safari crashes right after I chose my time. I can't find it in the app to make the appointment.

Finally managed to get it to work! Confirmed for tomorrow
wait a few mins and see if you get a confirmation email... mine timed out when i selected the time to continue and i had to type in my apple ID and PW...but i got a confirmation email... 2 to be exact
Even though I received an error I did receive an email with a confirmation of my appointment.
Now I have 2 email confirmations and 2 reservations for the same time. I figured out where to view them -- Click the Reschedule/Cancel link in the emails.
looks like it canceled the other 2 confirmation times out, and kept the last one I made. tomorrow morning at 10:15am.
So, how exactly do reservations work in correlation with when you'll receive the watch?
It keeps throwing errors but sometimes it goes through anyway. I ended up with 3 appointments.
