Looking for some ways to do the following in Windows 10:

•Quick look using the space bar
•Reverse scrolling so scrolling up on the mouse wheel pushes the page down
•Double finger scrolling on the trackpad

Thanks!

Reverse scrolling with mouse wheel? One of the dumber things Apple has ever implemented and probably only because they didn't give a crap about scroll wheels on mice.

This proves to me that humans can apparently get used to every stupid thing, so how about you just get used to normal mouse scrolling, you seem to have adopted the stupider way without issue, so the easier and smarter way surely won't be a challenge.

Double finger scrolling on the trackpad http://lifehacker.com/5493849/get-mac-like-scrolling-and-gestures-on-a-windows-laptop

Quick look using the spacebar.. eh this app is perhaps useful

Since when does two finger scrolling not work on its own. That is the only gesture that works with the standard Bootcamp driver. And literally any Windows notebooks, unless its really old, can do it as well.
For gestures past that (three fingers +) you can use Trackpad++.

I personally set scroll direction to normal on OSX as well. The inverse way is just weird. On touchpads and mouswheels things are different than on touch screens.
