Yosemite doesn't seem to save my accessibility settings at all, because it keeps asking me for them every time I run the same application. Is there some way to stop this, because it's getting really annoying and tedious to have to do this every time I do anything.

Anybody? I still haven't managed to find a fix for this, and I've been googling online a lot.

You've added that App to the Accessibility list in the Privacy pane of Security and Privacy system prefs?
