how do i middle-mouse drag with the trackpad/keyboard?

my wacom tablet is being fixed, i have no mouse. how can i do this?

hey i tried creating a middle click button with this and strangely i can't actually drag with it. not sure why.. does anyone have any other ideas?

Did you ever find a solution? The solutions here work for the middle button click, but I need to click and drag. I've tried BTT keyboard shortcuts for the click then just drag on the trackpad, I've tried trackpad gestures to click then drag the gesture around, nothing seems to work. This is the only thing stopping me from working mouse-free but is an absolute must-have for Verdi waveform debugging.

The DAW that I use, Bitwig Studio utilizes middle mouse dragging to zoom in and out. I am able to mimic this on my Trackpad 2 using a 2 Finger Drag (Up/Down) + Control and Option. Hope this is helpful to anybody looking for a workaround
