How Do I.... (Music in the cloud question)

When I open music I always have all my music which I have locally on my device but why doesn't any of my music purcharsed from iTunes also appear with the little "download from the cloud" button. It's annoying having to open the itunes app and navigate to purchased! Can you have all local and "cloud" music appear in the music app to download?

If I understand the question, iTunes Match provides that functionality. I'm not aware of any way to do that without iTunes Match.
