hello. i am trying to install netzero on my i book but when i try to install the program it doesn't recognize the file. it's just a little blank square that looks like a sheet of paper with a fold on the corner and it says "open with" when i try to open it. what am i doing wrong? thanks

When you right-click and choose "get info", what does it say the full name is at the top? it should be like "ABCD.xx". what are the letters after the dot?

if its ".sit" and you're running Tiger then you should go get the free "stuffit expander" from www.stuffit.com

Hope this helps!

Considering its NetZero there's a good chance you have a PC program on your hands, which the Mac will not run. Generally with NetZero you can setup an account on their website and then you just have to setup your Network preference with your User and Password. You shouldn't need to actually install anything.
