how do I play an old "enhanced CD" (ECD) ?

Sorry for the newb question, but I can't figure out how to get itunes to play this enhanced CD I have. When I insert the disc I guess os X considers it a data disc (because of all the extra junk on it) and it won't show up in itunes.

Any ideas?

Check the documentation that came with the disk. Of the few I have come across and actually attempted to play, none have worked in any Mac OS. The fine print on those that I did try said they worked on Windows 98/ME/XP.🙁

I've heard rumours that iif you go around the innermost track with a black pen it just treats it like a cd. I'd research it more before trying though.
