How do I quickly add updated apps from iTunes to my iPhone?

Here is the situation

iTunes shows me that I have a bunch of app updates so I press the download all button and connect my iPhone to the mac. How do I quickly update those apps without having to scroll through this list:

Might perhaps be easier just to check for and install updates on the phone itself?
