How do I redirect iTunes Audio

I bought a little USB Audio dongle thingy (iMic) and I want to redirect the audio stream from iTunes to it, just iTunes nothing else. I thought there would be a prefs item to tell iTunes to go to the iMic, but can't find any. There's just gotta be a simple way to do this, it's just too stupid.
I'm using an iLamp 1.25 G4 running 10.4.9 and iTunes 7.1.1

I used to use Detour for this purpose. Its now freeware, I believe.
