I installed TuTuHelper on my iPhone many months ago and had deleted the app a few months ago. Upon installing the app, I was required to trust the developer, which I understand can lead to unsigned code being installed on my iPhone. I noticed that in my iCloud backup, there's a file that exists which I cannot see on the home screen. This file has the name of the developer com.shalong.cn (see screenshot).

Recently my iCloud, Twitter, and LINE accounts have been compromised with login attempts on unknown devices, and I believe that this malware file on my iPhone is the culprit. I want to delete this file but I don't know how to without resetting my entire device. Does anyone know if it's possible to delete a hidden app? Would I need to jailbreak my iPhone, or is there a way to do it without jailbreaking? Or should I reset and restore the entire iPhone?

I'm on an iPhone 7+ running iOS 10.1.1.

I would restore the device to be safe. A DFU restore. No need to 'reset' it. Do not restore from a back up.... Set it up as new. Change your Apple ID also. Better safe than sorry.
