How do I remove friend suggestions from the Facebook app?

Isn't this the mobile site? from that pic it doesn't look like you are using the app.
I find it funny how internet discussions = must be a man for most people. But, you can also analyze deeper and that he though your avatar look so good that he thought it was a pic from a model you found and not the real you.
TS you can use the FB app instead since it does not appear on it.
