How do I remove Guest User from Users&Groups ?

Hi Guys,

I just got a Mac. This is a used one which I purchased from someone. Now in Users&Groups I see this "Guest User" I want to remove it, I want to get rid of it. How do I do that?

You can't. It's a standard built-in account.
