Hi All
For the last few years I was running on my laptop 4 operating systems, Mavericks, High Sierra, Mojave beta and Catalina Beta...

I was becoming a bit frustrated at the Mojave and Cat beta's so I removed the partitions, but I am now left with the "Recovery 10.9.5 and Mojave Beta" icons on the screen you get when you press option on power up..

How do I get rid of this annoying icon???

Sounds like a dumb question, but...
What happens when you try to boot from the volume (with the yellow arrow above)?

Great question... The answer is a white "no entry" symbol, and after a short time it boots into the recovery 10.9.5 next to it on the photograph...
