Its nearly impossible to get scratches out of chrome.

The only way to return to a shiny chrome back is to buy a new one. This is by design.

You could probably go through a complicated buffing process which would only work if you were experienced in doing that previously (and given that you are asking I'm guessing you are not) 🙂
