How can I report a problem with iCloud without having to pay for it?

I have an issue where I am not receiving email from a certain domain (other people too). I think iCloud may be blocking this because the email addresses that the emails come from look spammy but they aren't. It's gumtree.com.au a buy and sell website owned by ebay and every response sent from the site is a randomly generated email address from the domain name to hide the senders own email address.

I don't think I should have to pay to report an issue affecting many people although I'm not sure that many people are aware if this. I only discovered it by chance when I tried responding to my own ad and did not receive the response. Gumtree assures that responses are being send so the only thing I can think of is that iCloud is discarding the mail.

If it is a legitimate issue you can use the bug reporter. But I'm afraid what you discovered might be done with purpose...
