iPhone 11 Pro How do I reroute calls in IOS 14?

I am on the latest version of IOS 14. I can’t figure out how to route calls to the speaker phone by default. It used to be in accessibility, but I can’t find it. Can anyone help?

Look for "Call Audio Routing" at the bottom of Settings > Accessibility > Touch (found it as a suggesting when I searched for "call" in the Settings app).
