How do i restore my iPod touch 4th gen?

is it possible to restore my ipod? i wanna get it restored 'cause since i updated to ios 6.1 my ipod keeps on restarting itself. i badly need your help

Unless I'm missing something obvious? Then simply attach to iTunes via USB and click restore ipod to factory settings

As long as your have an Internet connect then - ta da. Genius

A DFU restore is probably the OPs best option.
