How do i restore my iPod touch 4th gen?

is it possible to restore my ipod? i wanna get it restored 'cause since i updated to ios 6.1 my ipod keeps on restarting itself. i badly need your help 🙁

Unless I'm missing something obvious? Then simply attach to iTunes via USB and click restore ipod to factory settings

As long as your have an Internet connect then - ta da. Genius 😉

A DFU restore is probably the OPs best option.
