How do I rollback to 1.0.1 from watchOS2 Beta 2

As its probable that watchOS2 B2 is going to be released today I thought I would get in early! As a Dev I really find it amusing every upgrade cycle that folk who, don't understand what a Beta is go on to find a loop hole to install it. Then flood the boards with 'this doesn't work!' or 'this is crap' or 'Apple must be b'stards for not letting us roll back'.

It is a lot of fun isn't it? Lol. Besides my Activity glance not working, my MLB not working, and battery being terrible it's not THAT bad.
