How do I search words in Safari?

    I recently upgraded to El Capitan, and since then I can't search words in Safari. Anyone know how? Thanks.

    I mean searching particular words on the webpage. Spotlight doesnt do that.

    Hmm.. does typing in the address bar not work?

    Again, as SandboxGeneral said (post #2), when you are on the web page, press keys command+f and type the word you want to search for in the upper right of the Safari page. You do not use Spotlight.

    The option "search on page" doesn't show up anymore.

    When I press cmd + f, the Spotlight window appears.

    You have to be in Safari (active) not Finder.

    Okay, I've found it. I had to find it through the Edit tab, the shortcut doesn't work for me. Thanks
