How do I sell activated but restored iPhone 4?

I have restored my activated iPhone 4 and ATT has given me a new sim chip for my old flip phone.

If I sell this phone will the new user have any trouble activating it?

It works fine I'm just trying to simplify my life with a dumb phone.

it should just be a matter of the buyer syncing and restoring with their computer. they should have no problem at all. once you have restored it, its blank and all they should have to do is put their sim in and sync 🙂
