How do i share an iDisk file?

I have some pictures and other stuff on my iDisc that I would like to share with a friend.

How would I do that?

send the a link somehow?

i have Mobile me

and a site that i built using iWeb...can I use those?

Have you tried looking at this tutorial from Apple?

I'm sorry I can't help much, as I don't have MobileMe. What about uploading all your pictures to the MobileMe Gallery and set the preferences to where they can download individual images or whole albums.
