How do I shoot tethered in Final Cut Express?

Hey all, I recently got Final Cut Express and I'm trying to learn the ins and outs of it. When I decided to do some test footage while shooting tethered(I guess this is the right term), FCE got stuck on this screen.


Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

In the log & capture window, change your capture preset to "Non-controllable device".
