How do I sign out of/remove apple music from iOS 14?

I have two and a bit months of a free trial remaining.
Cancelled the subscription already, no intention of using it again, but it remains active until expiry.

Great, I have no issue with just leaving it there doing nothing..... except it isn't doing nothing.

When, for example, I am playing an album of music that I have put on the phone from iTunes which finishes playing, apple music 'helpfully' finds something it thinks I will like and starts playing it. I can't find an option to disable this either.

Most annoying and really not for me. I am well aware I am a luddite, with primarily vinyl and hundreds of thousands of actual files of music, rather than using streaming services, which is how I like it.

If I go into the subscription, it only offers me resubscribe options - nowhere can I actually end or stop the thing!?

Accessing via iTunes or the website gives no extra options:

What am I missing here? I can't be the only one with this problem?

Thanks in advance

Have you got anything under Settings > Music? There's normally a toggle for 'Show Apple Music', although you might have to wait until the sub expires for it...

No, no toggle for that and nothing mentioning apple music, other than sync library, which is set to off.
