How Do I Stop Autoplay on Safari?

I have searched this site, I've installed both ClicktoPlugIn and ClicktoFlash and experimented with settings of both, tried YouTube5 extension and NOTHING stops autoplay of the videos that precede the news text I'd like to quietly read.

Any help for me out there?
