How do i stop the MAC locking

Hi folks

IPAD mini driving me mad, it keeps locking however when i go into settings i don't have any option to stop the passcode lock capability, am i missing something?

Should be in settings-> General-> Passcode Lock

Did you add a work email account that might be pushing an active sync policy to require pass code lock?
