How do I sync an existing Flickr set to iPhoto?

I want to maintain and update the set on my Mac from now on. I don't want to delete and upload new photos as I'll loose comments and what not. The photos in the existing set are currently in iPhoto, they were just manually uploaded. Is there any way to do this?

I had a similar question but didn't want to start a new thread. Wondering about importing from flickr into iPhoto or Aperture and keep the metadata from the flickr maps application instead tagging them in places all over again.

Not trying to hijack your thread but wanted to expand on your original question.

I don't consider it a hijack as its still Flickr related, and hopefully someone can answer both questions.
