When I navigate to a file with the .sql extension, Safari will display it as text. This forces me to copy/paste, which really stinks when I'm dealing with nearly a gig of plain text. How do I tell Safari to download this as a file?

Instead of clicking the link to the text-file, option-click (or ctrl/right-click and use the context menu) to download the file. (You can even ctrl/right-click while holding option to specify where to download the file, if you're not happy with your default download location.)
