How do I transfer an album of photos from old iPhone to new iPhone?

I'm trying to get specific photos from my old iPhone 4 to my new 5s. I went through my iPhone 4 camera roll of over 2,000 photos and selected about 400 that I want to transfer and put them into an album on the iPhone 4, but I can't figure out what to do from there. I'm using a Windows computer, so I don't have access to iPhoto. I was thinking iCloud would be good for this but I can't figure that out either.

Edit: Figured it out via iCloud.
