My brother had a android phone it got broke he got an iPhone 6. Had a clash of clans game he wants it on his iPhone, but doesn't want to restart the game. How does he transfer the data to the iPhone? Thanks guys.

He cannot. They are linked to Google Play Services, on Android and Game Center on iOS. So they are different servers.

I don't think there is a universal way. It depends on the individual games, whether it allows the game progress to be backed up somewhere and retrieved with a log in.

I do notice that on iPhone it back up the save progress for a few games (per developer choice I guess), where it is not on Android (or at least I haven't encountered it).
