iPod touch How do I transfer bookmarks?

I recently rebooted my Macbook Pro. The bookmarks (Safari) on my Ipod Touch. How do I do from my Touch to get the computer?

When you sync it with itunes there should be a box to check that you want to sync the bookmarks.
