I forgot to backup my iTunes library when I sold my old MacBook, but I have everything on my iPhone still. Is there anyway to put it all from my iPhone to my new MacBook Pro?

By the way, I know this is the wrong section for this, but how do I sync all of my mailboxed from AOL to my "Mail" on the new MacBook? I see Inbox, Sent, and Trash, but not my "Saved" and other folders that I have on AOL.
