I have ringtones and all of those are in .m4r format. i tried to drag all ringtones in ringtones section in iTunes but it appear a minus sign

I have tried going to File or add Files, then selected all those tones, but I cannot find them anywhere.

How can i do this? pls suggest.

Have you looked in control panel - ringtones? They don't show up there?

Also if you are seeing the tones in iTunes you should be able to do a an "add to iphone":
1) Click and hold on the tone
2) drag it towards the left of the itunes window, it will trigger a foldout and your iphone should show up there, drag the file onto the phone icon
3) The phone icon gets a blue ring around it, when that action is triggered

That should be it.

Obviously you an also just click "Sync" checkbox in the sync section for the tones, to sync all or some of your ringtones to the phone.
