iPad How do I un-jailbreak my iPad?

I don't have any need for a jailbroken ipad, and I restored it to just before I jailbroke it. Cydia is still on it, and I don't know how to get rid of it.


Do I need to restore it to factory settings and then restore it?

Connect it to iTunes and click Restore.

I tried restoring using iTunes like you said but now my iPad is broken, stuck in recovery mode. Thank you.

While the post is 14 years old, the process is the same. Connect it to your computer and restore it. If your iPad is showing as being in Recovery Mode, you should be able to restore it again. If it continues to fail, put it into DFU mode and restore it that way.
