How Do I Unenroll From the Beta?

Basically I have opted out online, I no longer have the beta download option in settings but I am still being prompted to download each time a public beta is released. The most recent being 12.1 (16J5593c)

Do I just ignore update prompts till the next official release or do I have to reinstall my ATV 4K from scratch?

go to the update page in the aTV settings app, and turn off beta updates

since you opted out online, that extra option on the page may be gone, you may have to re-enable online, to get it to show up again, it should have disabled before disappearing, but maybe not.

Nope, can't get the beta update option to even appear if I opt back in.

Edit - solved it. Had to sign out and back into my iCloud account on the ATV.
