How do I update a podcast?

I'm using Podcast Maker to build and publish my podcasts.

I recently published an episode that I'd like to update. I made the necessary changes in Podcast Maker, but when I attempt to publish again I get an error message:

Could not write to "//Web/Sites/xxxx.m4a" because there is a folder.

Suggestion:
Please publish to another folder or move the existing folder.

Error code: 1006

Any Podcast Maker users know what this means? I emailed support but haven't heard back.
