How do I update my apps when my ID is disabled?

since I had to file a dispute with my old account it got disabled so I made a new and and had to redo load everything

How do I go about updating apps k can't remove?

Yep... you will need to repurchase apps under the new AppleID.

you can call apple and have them enable the account again
