How do I upgrade but keep all of my Jailbroken apps?

I am wondering how I can upgrade to 4.0.1 from 3.1.3 but keep all of my apps that were installed via Installous, or at least keep all the data so I can put it back in to the phone once I upgrade to 4.0.1

no you can get apt backup which will automatically install everything look it up its something like aptbackup

If you use Rock to jailbreak, you make an account that you can log on to every time you upgrade and it will install all your previous jailbroken apps. For the future that would be useful
