How do I use SBSettings in the notification center ?

Settings -> Notification -> Scroll to botton -> SBSettings -> Enable

Awesome thanks HX is there anything else we can integrate in the SB perhaps the music app rating stars play/ff/re of some sort?

Not sure but Im sure if you search on Cydia for some sort of Notifications Center music control or something along those lines you may find something.
