I'm trying to view a shared exchange calendar on my iPad. I've figured out how to do it on my iMac, but can't seem to get it to work on my iOS devices. How do I view a shared outlook/exchange calendar on my iOS device (iPad or iPhone)?

I guess you are using the native Outlook app (the old style one) on the Mac?
Are the mailbox on Exchange on-prem or in the MS365 cloud? If its the latter the Outlook client should be able to handle it.
Another option could be to use the Outlook webmail in Safari (if you are using Exchange on-prem), there you should be able to see shared calendars

Or: added it via System Settings > Internet Accounts and using Calendar.app?
Should be similar on i*OS. Just need to add the Exchange account via Settings > Mail > Accounts. Same options on i*OS as MacOS.
