How do parental control logs work?

If my kids want to use Firefox or Chrome, will I still be able to view the websites they visited? Or can I only view the websites visited under Safari? If it is possible, how do I set it up so I can view the websites visited not only under Safari, but on Firefox and Chrome as well?

I don’t think so - I don’t think they can plug into the resources used by parental controls. My understanding is that it is only Safari.
